Offline server plz read

Im starting into the emu crowd and have problems with servers becuase of a bad modem and low ram so was wondering if it were possible to have an offline server.

i cant figure out how to start eqemu

it says the eqw method and i open eqw then it has the little check boxes and i dont know which ones to check or not check to make it load.


can some one just give me a small walkthrough on how to...
