How do I get the DB.sql to work???

I couldn't find a db.sql, all I had in the folder was a db.ini =(. Where do I find db.sql, I have searched through my whole computer for it. Maybe it's on another file download? Please help.

Okay, I get into the mysql file, then do the use eq
database changed
now I type in source db.sql, and I get a failed to open: error 2 error

What am I doing wrong? Yes, I do have my db.ini file...
