I agree - another good option is security...

I agree - another good option is security questions, those have always worked with me. And of course the scanned picture of the ID.


Also, yeah people lose email accounts (.edu's, .govs, .mil)...

Account recovery via SMS

I'm trying to recovery my Loginserver account VIA SMS....

For some reason the SMS isn't being sent to my phone, but I can see it queueing in my usage details via Verizon Online...but it doesn't...
