Cant connect to any Servers!

Could i get some help? I get to the Server select, and hit Enter world, but then my Desktop mouce unlocks and EQ Freezes for a sec, then it Unfreezes and it says, Cannot establish a connection,...

I Can get to server select, but cant connect to one!!

HEEEELP!!! lol, I Can get to the server select, but when i hit connect (To a server) My Desktop mouse unlocks, and EQ Freezes up for a sec, then it says Lost connection to server, Repatch repeadtly...
