It doesnt matter if you have it or not on the list or not, it doesnt do a check. It just checks for the files on your hard drive.

see, item id is 25718, if you #summonitem 25718 in game thats what it would give you, that piece of wu's. I'm not sure if that what you are asking for...

When you search for an item, you will get a list of items. Click on it, and in the URL the part where it says id= thats the ID of the item...
