EQ2 emulator, any out yet?

I remember WoW had emus all over the place really fast after the beta releases... i wonder if theres any for EQ2...

Everquest Hardcore (discord) server

Is there a way to make a ''hardcore'' server wher e when you die, your character is unusable or back to level one like Discord? i had this idea for a while...id make a PvP server or a Role play...
