Uleat - good question, no changes were made to...

Uleat - good question, no changes were made to the 'rule_sets' table.

The only change made was to the "rule_values" table.

"Character:SoDClientUseSoDHPManaEnd" was set to true.

Health Bar reporting incorrect Data
