Now, I have LoY installed on my comp, would this cause a problem, or will the EQEMu patcher...

I had the same problem myself, a simple search...

I had the same problem myself, a simple search found the answer, Ctrl+Alt+Del and kill all instances of patch.exe and patcher.exe, then run again
