I know this is My second post and all of your are wishing me to Like fall in the great divide by now but What is this error It does allow me to open the myqsl.exe its really funky. Help please

Every time I click on the mysql.exe to edit it it beeps amd closes. What wrong Sniff sniff please help me. :oops:
