a question about pvp on gw

a quick question.... if you keep killing the same person for easy pvp points and xp ... that is a bannable offense right? if caught.. not saying im doing it... dont take chances

i log on fine. but when i join a server my dsl just turns off..... somtimes i actually can go to the character screen but then it turns off again......... everything else is fine.. surfing... other...

sometimes when logging on it sometimes says that i may need to update everquest and maybe its a server problem.. well i tryed again and it lets me on without that pop up but then i try to log on a...

disconecting...

a problem quite annoying. i used to play this alot now im starting again. and well now everytime i enter a game after a minute or less it disconnects to the character screen and somtimes server...
