Spells bugged

Greetings, I dont know if this is working just with me or everybody is also having this trouble buuut always when I cast a spell, I manage to cast it but cant cast anything until I zone or even acess...

Help with DB.SQL

On the guide it says I need to copy a file named db.sql from the eqemu directory and paste it on the MySQL/bin directory ... the problem is on my EQEmu directory I dont have this file, just a db.ini...
