Servers Opening Hours

I just'd like to know if you could let server open during the night for american people cause all european player dont have playable server before 4:00 PM so we spend all the day to wait for playing...

I'ama noob and i dunno the EQemu world .. so
I had installed EQ classic and I have the patcher not installed but i cannot found the LPATCH.EXE
So can any1 help me and gimme this file...
