Still no 3d device found

Well i did what you guys asked me, there were no problems, i got the lastest version of direct x 9 also, should i have it on a specific resolution? is it compatible with xp? i am running an nvidia...

Uh... I got the error no 3D device when starting the game, what is it talking about?
