Woot finally figured it out. And yes im behind a router.

joshjje.no-ip.org resolves to my external ip

I am using Windows XP Professional

Im using the eqgame.exe patchme way to logon (well try to anyways) to my server.

Using the newest 0.5.1 EqEmu version.
