thx, but I made the mistake of patching anyway(took eq off pc in december) so I'm screwed now anyway.

Dont feel bad,(hadn't played since december) I had removed eq completely from my pc, and just installed /patched today ....... now that is bad luck:( Oh well.....give me time to track down...

you just answered my question......unfortunately. I just reinstalled and patched because my guild just made a server that we're testing for pvp.

there is no way around that?

Okay, I reinstalled EQ, did live patch, changed eqhost and made shortcut exactly right. (I used to play guildwars a few months ago, so i know it worked)
