LD upon death

no matter what server i get into when i die i go LD. it takes me back to the char select screen and when i try to get on that char it shows me dead and says you died.... then instant link dead again....

i just went out and bought titanium. i did not patch to live. i can log in fine but when i choose a server and attempt to log into it i click play and everquest freezes. says "not responding" any...

this may be a stupid question but with this download you can play everquest through the emulator but you saying its not live means its only you in the zones and no other people? yes i know im new but...
