error 1010

when i try to log into the login server... it gives me a 1010 error and says the host cannot be found. and to pls make sure the file eqhost .txt is in the eq directory.

my host file says

ok umm..... i followed the whole how to... and i keep getting an error that says... could not find login server... please make sure eqhost.txt is in your eq directory... it is... but it seems to not...
