Problem with item editor

While in Item Editor (1.5) I accidentaly clicked on "Load Sql" and now I have no items what so ever and can't figure out how to get back to using the DB....Does anyone know why everything got deleted...

I have some custom items but when i eqeuip them it shows me as being naked...anyone know what I type and where I type it to make it so the item actually shows up on my screen? Or if anyone could link...
