EQMAIN.dll Error

I just installed eq,eqemu on another computer today and for some reason the EQMAIN.dll file is crupted or something I deleted it and patched to get it back and i got the same thing Eq still does not...

Hey I was just wondering why when I login to pick a server there is like 2-3 of the same server for every single one except GW....I play raid addicts and Rog's web site says server is up but it's not...

i changed all the info to what i thought was correct and am getting those...

So If i pop 0.5.5 DR 1 into my eq database in MySqL will it be ok or do i need to remove the old files?
