Database Cleaning?

I read somewhere that there was a tool for maintaining the PEQ database that would allow an admin to wipe out old login accounts, and their related characters, etc... I didn't pay much mind to it...

I guess Paladins can't dual wield? I tried with my rogue and it worked for him. I thought my bot was a warrior, but he is a Paladin so I'm guessing they can't wield two weapons.
