I looked in many a places here and didnt find the answer to my question totaly,, the different server status , ligit non ligit, semi ligit,, where can i go to know the differenece ,, Thank you

I get kicked back to char selcet after a few minutes, then try to get back and get zone down, or when there are 11+ people on it tells me im not of sufficent level to gain access to server,, any help...
