crashing after logging in

i was just playing 2 nights ago but i patched to live cuz i was missing the aviak zone... then i patched using s2k and now when i log in my game crashes before it goes to the server selection...

trouble connecting

hi, i just patched to live and modified my eqlsclient.ini, and modified my eqhost newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994, but whenever i try to login to everquest via my "patchme" shortcut, i get a timeout...
