Obviously the installer wasn't sourcing all of the DB, Zone.exe now says

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
(C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft...

dynamic_01 zone crashing at start

I've installed the latest server pack from the PEQ website, and have followed the directions installing MySQL 5.0, EverQuest Titanium, and ActivePerl 5.8.8

Everything boots fine, and I can login...
