what was the purpose of the new table that was added?

factions were working fine.. was there a reason for this? as far as i can see the NPC_values has no special use...

and now.. i cannot...

my mobs are conning KOS but you stand right on top of them and they do not agro what so ever

well in Ultima Online EMU we used a program called UOgateway.. it had sorta of a login server also.. but a bit different.. anyways.. next to the name of the server was a BIG A.. meaning...

Winters Roar is by far the best CUSTOM legit server out there when you compare people population... S2k was a great Custom legit server with many people.. but..

IF you are just talking population...
