Heh, yah thanks guys. Found out the command to disable the sound in Mysql, made it a lot easier.

I was having this problem earlier and I did two things that might have fixed it.

1) First, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Everquest

2) Delete the 'eq' database from mysql...
