Thanks. I was thinking of building a server here on the same computer just to tinker with if being unpatched would allow me to connect and play on my local server. It would give me something to do...

I'm new to eqemu, and eq altogether. I have an old install cd with the kunark expansion.
I'm curious if I could install that and then patch to download all the updates, which I understand won't...
