Spell effects

If you download my spell viewer in the 3rd party area, you'll notice that spells can have up to 12 effects total.

Well, I posted this before, dunno if it was removed or just lost, but here is a spell viewer if anyone is interested.

I updated it to include the focus items and a few other things.
