i think it has nothing to do with all instrument modifier im thinking (tho im a newb at programing) that with just the running speed its crossing some threshhold like 255 and is starting back at 0 or...

Bard all instrument modifier

All instrument modifier seems to work for Dots and the like but not for selos.

I clocked a running course and here are my findings;

Pecussion skill (10)

No instrument
35.52 seconds +-...

and there are no kunark monk/int caster items (some think the mana robe is their complete set they all share)
