Is it possible to lower the experince rate? You know, to where mobs give less experince then they usally do in a EMIU server.

When I last played on Emu, AA's could be gotten. However, you could use them. To put it in simple terms... It didn't work. Did they ever fix this? Or are AAs still broken?
