connection could not be reached is the message reply,but we can access this forum.so that's should be the game server problem,or they're making some update.

Unhappy the name turned red

The server had a event restart yesterday.when i relogin,i noticed that my character's name was red. also some others looked like had the same situation. how could i turn it back to primary state?
