Will EQEmu ever be able to have monsters that walk around, i.e. decaying skeletons in Nektulos?

Is it in progross, or does no one care? Thanks for your help ;)

Need some non-technical help

Upon logging onto the servers last night, I noticed that many of them had abilities to do things such as go to level 65 in a heartbeat, max all your skills with a keystroke etc.
