Whenever I go to type in world.exe flag accountname 200 it says that there is no person by that name and that I know my name is Hacka or I am pretty sure it is and I have tried that serveral...

Hello I was just curious....well I have Windows XP and whenever I go to enter cd c:\eqemu into the command prompt, I get something that says c:\eqemu is not recognized as an internal or external...
