Item Update Problem

Got my server to work, but i found no items in the database or any mobs up, so, i Dled EQEmu-0.3.13-DB-Addon and followed the step extracting it into the sqp/bin folder, ran install but I get a bunch...

I have completed the setup and everything is working (Except when loading WOLRD.exe I get eq time failed) but when I run boot5zones.bat they all open, and then I receive an error messege saying that...
