Dynamic Zone timeout

I am running EQEmu on a fully patched Windows 2003 server.

Dynamic Zone's 1-4 load without a problem, but 5 just sits there and never loads.

I do have a fresh install of titanium. and i'm able to play just fine, but every now and then it won't display the servers. the problem seems to go away on its own eventually. just not sure what...

i searched and did not see this so i hope this isn't covered somewhere that i missed...

i don't see any servers when i log in. it accepts my username and password, but the server selection screen...
