Where is everyone?

Well, I managed to get the game today. I joined one of the servers and it said 15 next to it, I'm taking this to be how many players are on it. Is there a way to find the other people on the server...

I'm getting it this weekend. I just wanted to know how to set it up so once I get it I can get it working fast. That would be much better then getting it , not getting it to work and getting myself...

I have been wanting to buy this game for a long time now. I'm not going to pay sony $12 a motnh to play a game I already own. Are these servers good and stable enough to have fun on ? Thanks, if so...
