I was hoping to figure it out/fix the problems, but I finally just broke down and got the server pack 4.0. Of course, everything is working perfectly now. =p

Found the bind problem in the changelog
Every zones bindid was set to 1, so only casters could bind anywhere.

I think I fixed it....
To get EQ to work I had to use older graphics drivers. I had the graphics settings down because I expected the performance to be iffy even though its a newer computer. Soon as I turned them back...

There was one server...
that I logged into that had a custom loading screen, and it was stuck on that loading screen for a while. But this is a fresh, just bought legal copy of Titanium.

I actually have this same problem. I'm not quite sure what I mixed up but its a fresh install of EQ Titanium and it only happens on my own server.
