Im having trouble when i double click my start.bat it opens two windows and the second one goes to "logginServer Provided 24.196.82" so i go back to the first where and push enter, but it just closes...

I have followed the directions to the server...
I have followed the directions to the server setup twice now and i still think there is something wrong, when i click the start.bat two windows pop up but one closes right away and i am just left...
