They were already there - the PEQ installer...

They were already there - the PEQ installer automates the entire process and puts the files where they need to go.

I don't know what's causing it, but I followed CaveDude's instructions for making a new server, using both his PEQ Installer and the Upgrader, and when I finally got it working everything looked like...
