Ok little bit more of a hint as to what might be going on, if I set the minilogin_ip to 192.168.1.1 of a newly created account, and change the ip of my first account to whatever, it still logs me in...

Nevermind, figured out the data I needed was in the copy I have and it doesn't source from that file, used the entries in that one to alter the database to fix it.
