Ok I finnaly found the file and did the CMD...

Major problems

I was able to get hailing NPCs to work when I negated past the tutorial zone for a Froglock Cleric, but than I tried a warrior in a completely diff zone and hailing NPCs does nothing, I'm pretty sure...

So I have gotten everything set up, the server EQ version match, full GM commands once I log in but UHOH no zones avaliable and:

Stuck at final step

I'm trying to set up my own server for LAN use and I have not even touched the page for Mini Log in
I start the start.bat program and press enter but once I get to zone dynamic 5 it just stops...
