SK 63 - Aura of Pain

The Aura of pain Recourse should add some AC.
Instead it lowers my AC according to #showstats.
Im not using it anymore.

I noticed the same yesterday when i tried the tribute system.
It seems not to work at all. You can spend items and money for tribute points but the tribute effects seem not to work. I didnt try all...
