Patcher; run-time error 70 permission denied

I installed MDAC and now i am getting a Run-time error '70': Permission Denied. When i try to run the patcher. No clue what this is , any help appreciated.

Another 1017 Error

I am trying to do minilogin. I can log in with my account and get to the server selection screen, but when I try to log into my server I get the 1017 error. I have read all the other posts on this...
