The start up window for EQWindows has a browse button for you to select the eqgame.exe that you want to run. Just coose the one in your eq2 directory. You will also need to turn off the patch option...

1 : Make a copy of EQ in a new directory named EQEMULATER. The Copy will be what you run EQEmu in. Having the copy will help prevent patching.
