erb2k, it looks like you don't have a complete database. As long as you don't have any custom items/spawns/loot tables/etc. then I'd suggest deleting your old eq DB and resourcing using this one...

MySQL is only as case sensitive as the OS it's on. If you're running Windows then you don't need to worry about having the correct case. If you're running the MySQL server on Linux then you do.
