Is there any reason why the agro check code checks both the gm flag and the account status flag?

Also sourceforges cvs server seems to be totally overloaded. I get a similar error 90% of the times I try to do an update but eventually it works.

I get a lot of error messages when running the server programs, and the occasional crash of a zone. Is it worth logging and reporting the errors, or are they likely to already be known about?
