i can connect others cant?

i set up my server using the login server NOT minilogin.
everything is working fine i can log on zone everything is fine. i ask my friend to log on he gets to make a new char then trys and logs on...

well it seems the cvs was missing some files so i downloaded the file off the site then compiled that and that fixed the problem BUT i still get errors saying
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open...

i keep getting droped from the server booted out to char select screen.
it happens evey single time i get this message in zoneperl window wile in a zone

i used the opcodes that came with it and 0x0003...

i used the opcodes that came with it and 0x0003 is missing from it aswell..

also i seem to have figered out y i keep getting booted just dont know how to stop it any time i do a massive loc change...

i meen the ip changes and such. you log in you register your user/pass and then log on you dont have to come change your ip...

is there a way to bypass the login server or anything.. what i want is to (for example) give people my ip and have them connect directly. i dont want ot show up on the server list..
im new to all...
