Is there or can we get access to population data over time to gauge a server's popularity over time?

For example I want Red99 players/day and vztz (1.0 2.0 & 3.0) players/day since opening.

This is an example of what I need connected to the models. Verant made a plugin that extracts the animations from models....

Which s3d are these located in? Struggling extremely hard finding them and need guidance from an intelligent Eqemu Sherpa to traverse.
