why do people get disconnected from my server?

everytime someone other than myself trys to log onto my server they got automatically disconnected after the character select screen. can anyone help me with this problem?

problem

i have no missing files according to the patcher. i used guests sig but it gave no solution. i dont know wtf to do. PLEASE HELP!!

i play on moonphoenix and people summon and kill you or just #kill you all the time. it does tend to get annoyinh but i agree the owner of the servere should deal with it
