Thanks for the reply. I noted all the same things you did, min level 50, the door requires the sceptre of shadows, the recipe does work etc. so somehow I must have bugged out the character flags.

I noticed that when I killed TZ in PoTactics, a planar projection didn't spawn. I ran over and did VZ which did spawn the PP. I also did the RZTW spawn cycle which worked fine, and killing RZTW also...

So I noticed that every mob had a spawn condition of 1, so I went and changed them all to 0, not fully thinking everything through.... well that fixed the problem, sorta lol. Now every mobs spawns......
