peq Rev2021 bot problem

So i have been looking around trying to find a fix. but nothing is working, or i'm just to tired to get it.

Anyways i am using Peq's rev2021 with bots. but when i try to create one i get the same...

ActivePerl 5.10

Do i need ActivePerl 5.10 or can i use the newest version? which is 5.12 i believe. If so i have been searching and searching for a DL link for 5.10 with no success.
